Naturally Beautiful Tips

No matter what your body type you owe it to yourself to be comfortable in your skin. You need to appreciate the body you have to really know where you need to go to achieve your best form. Right now we need to visualize your new body, and you need to do it without hiding out. Beauty begins with self-acceptance.

You owe it to your self-esteem, your family, and your friends to try! You don’t like to look at a messy house or office all day, do you? Don’t you admire gorgeous artwork? What about a beautiful flower arrangement? Become your own canvas, and recreate yourself.

You are what you project. All women can be truly beautiful. The sad fact of life is that there are potentially lovely women who are still holding on to some very old myths. I have worked with ‘displaced housewives” who decided to throw all their beauty, diet and health routines away because the routines they believed were self-indulgent or complicated. So what they do with their extra time? They spend it adorning their homes and families. Which is fine, but what about your inner house? It’s not necessary to give up yourself to love someone else; it is only when you truly love and respect yourself that you can give to others freely.

While we are encouraged to go out and look our best, we’re not supposed to admit that we’re trying. Going the “extra yard” for beauty is sometimes perceived as prideful vanity. You should approach beauty, diet, and style as self-care. Think of it as a form of self respect. It’s not vanity. You should care for yourself with the same reverence to the ones you love best. By feeling and looking as good as you can you spread the joy and beauty to all that surrounds you. Here are some basic beauty tips.

  1. What makes a women stand out in a crowd is the attitude they project to the world. Your posture would be a great beginning for an attitude adjustment. Stand against a wall with head, shoulder blades, and heels touching, and buttocks pushed against the wall. Walk away without changing this position.

  2. Get up thirty minutes earlier than usual. Begin rituals for yourself that are as important to you as breathing.

  3. Eating healthy will work for you if you have the right mindset.

  4. The idea is to change the way you look at food, so you’ll be healthier and stay thinner. Be intelligent about food, and be certain that whatever you eat you will end up wearing!

  5. We need to think about healthier choices of food and not starvation. Skipping meals will only slow down your metabolism with low blood sugar levels and you’ll end up eating twice as much!

  6. Eat Breakfast! You’ll have a better day at work. Women who eat breakfast work faster and more accurately than those who don’t. Breakfast eaters are also more creative in the morning.

  7. Relax your facial muscles and satisfy your chewing urges by chewing slowly. It takes 15 minutes for your brain to communicate to your stomach that it’s full.

  8. Listen to classical music when you have dinner. Research has found that people enjoy their meals more thoroughly and feel more satisfied.

  9. Water with lemons will help to take away food cravings.

  10. Stop late night eating. Your body can’t digest those late night snacks when it’s at rest.

  11. Drink lots of water throughout the day. Water can provide a feeling of fullness, help the liver and kidneys do their job, and release toxins. Don’t think that drinking lots of water will bloat you. Water retention is more likely to be caused by not drinking enough.

  12. Finding a goal that will inspire you is one of the secrets to success. Paste your photo to the refrigerator. Keep a record of your measurements.
